Fort Sprout, based in North Fort Worth, Texas, specializes in providing top-quality microgreens like Radish, Certified Organic Black Oil Sunflower, and Organic Green Pea. Our journey began with a personal mission to improve health and well-being through the power of fresh, nutrient-dense foods. After lab results revealed high cholesterol and other numbers out of range, I knew it was time to take control of my diet. I cleaned up my eating habits, incorporating gut-friendly foods like sauerkraut, berries, and lintels, I sought to add even more nutrients to my meals. That’s when I turned to microgreens—tiny powerhouses of vitamins and antioxidants that could elevate my already healthy diet. Aiming for optimal gut health and longevity, I even consulted with AI to design a diet that could help me live forever, and microgreens became a key part of that plan. As someone who’s tended a thriving garden for the past few years, I’ve always loved growing things and eating fresh, healthy food. Starting Fort Sprout was a natural next step—a way to share my passion for microgreens with others while supporting my own health journey.
